Can I order Mini VPS first for testing and If I satisfied, I'll upgrade to Entry or Basic ? If I upgrade in the future, will I also get the free double specs ? Is that burstable ram or dedicated ? server's port bandiwdth ? Can you secure and do server hardening to the vps ?

That ram is dedicated Server's port is 100MBPS uplink You are responsible to harden/secure your server; if you get it with cpanel we may be able to assist to a small extent.
