Double Serving Question

If I were to duplicate an Adwords campaign that runs geotargeted only in the US, and geotarget this new campaign only in Canada, would this be considered double-serving (e.g. would the original campaign be served 50% less) ?

    Thx!

Personally, that's how I organise my account. 4 campaigns are the heart of it - almost identical, for 4 different geographic regions, It suits me for budgeting , and the way I think about my business.

yeah, you will be fine. since your adverts won't be "serving" the same group of viewers, there is nothing to worry about.
