If you have read TOS you would already noticed they will not allowed multiple account per one person. If you are really wanted to do it, then you may consider this way although I do not recommend anyway. 1. Create second or third account by using your cousins information. They should be separated and living in different geolocation to be safe. 2. You have to use another PC and different network, different router or access point may be, to access your second account. Try to sneak and not being caught for "Related" issue.

You asking yourself to be banned by adsense. If you read the terms and conditions it would clearly state your only allowed one adsense account.
Why would anyone need more than one account?? Use one account, if it got banned for some reason sign up again.
because i want to use one account for normal usage and other for autoblogging. if my account for autoblogging banned, i still could use other one.

Manage someone whom you can trust. You may find one from dating sites. Ask her to signup for adsense, use her to promote your site. That's it, otherwise you have no hope.
You can make but you should use another name and address. Google will not accept same name and address.
