We have optigold running, with the web interface up and we've noticed that when we login to the tech.html page (or isp.html, or any other employee login) we fill out the form with a valid username & password for optigold and a second HTTP authentication window comes up after we've put in a valid optigold username & password. This second http window appears to be part of filemaker's authentication, separate from optigold. The username we have to put in here has to be one that's inside the "web security" database. I don't want to have to add people twice just to get them to be able to log in via the web. I'm sure I just have something configured incorrectly. Any and all help would be appreciated, thank you.
Make sure you are using the default Web Security databases (you should not add any users or passwords to it).
