Dotser.com sold my premium domain with no warning.

I can not prove my registration fees were not overdue because its their system/software and they can manipulate it any way they see fit.

I CAN prove no warning was given to me whatsoever. I got plenty of their SPAM but not one single e-mail from them waring me they were actually going to sell my property.

They sold my premium domain in one week and BAM its gone. The new owner is probably somehow affiliated with Dotster.com i can not prove this so i wont mention him.

Dotster.com do not care about my problem. They have their ever so convenient paragraph 7 where they can sell your property without informing you. They are in reality more of a crooked pawn shop than they are a real registrar.

No help was offered and they are counting the money from selling my domain. When i demanded they do something they said "this qualifies as harassment" and gave me the e-mail of their legal department.

Im not promoting any other company nor do i have anything to gain by trashing dotster. They are thieves and they are not your buddies like they advertise on their website.

I can prove everything i claim except the manipulation of the expiration of my service fee. BEWARE of:

    dotster.com
    dotregistrar.com
    mydomain.com

they are one and the same pawn shop they are degrading the registrar profession and taking advantage of the trust put in to them by their customers.

If anybody is interested i would be happy to pass on all the info. Everything i have posted is 100% true. Alex

Well if you have the date of your domain registration or a payment receipt it will prove that you are right and will strenghten your case even more.

Please tell us the domain otherwise your post is just a load of rubbish and it is even more suspicious that you only have one post to your name.

I use Dotster and they are very honest and I have had no problems with them at all.

You make lots of claims but where is all this proof?

this is what it comes across as

If they sold your name then it still holds the registration date you had more than likely. Then you just figure out the date it expired from there. They can't manipulate the core registry database dates. If you let it expire and didn't renew within the grace period thats the way it goes these days.
