If you have any domains at DotFrog.com i advise you to get them out ASAP. There is completely zero support from this outfit, they don't respond to emails and as i just found out even failed to renew their own domain a while back and someone bought it at TDNAM and they had to buy it back.

If they can't even manage their own business name, they sure aren't in a position to manage anybody else's.

I've just lost domains there after ongoing issues trying to transfer them out, despite them being eligible for transfer. Numerous emails went unanswered, and it appears the place is on auto-pilot.

So if you are a DotFrog customer, my advice is move your domains.

Thanks for the heads up. That's why I only stick to reputable companies, even if is costs a little more. Always ask on domain forums if a company is good before going with them.

Yeah i wouldn't of chosen dotfrog.com either, but a name i bought was already with them and attempts to transfer out got nowhere. Seems like the guy is a liar as well, i was reading on NamePros when the owner of dotfrog let his name expire, he sent out a newsletter saying the domain was hacked that's why there was another site on it.

However he simply forgot to renew it and this new "hacked" page was just the guys site who bought the domain on TDNAM. So he had to buy the dotfrog.com domain back from the NP member, pretty good registrar to entrust your domains to huh?
