I wonder why is dot tv domains are expensive. Do they worth more than other domains and do they earn more from domain parking?

The .tv domain name is powered by VeriSign, one of the biggest players on the Internet. As the authoritative directory provider of all .com, .net, .cc, and .tv domain names, So they are just earning here more then usual tlds.

Plus, think about it. .TV is two characters wheras most other TLD's are 3 or 4.
Plus, any successful TV show should easily have enough money to pay that much.
Plus, have you noticed I like saying plus?

Yes, but .tv is country code top level domain for Tuvalu island, which is sinking. GoDaddy recently warned about this fact people which want to purchase .tv domains. When island disappear, .tv extension will disappear also, so be aware :)

Trust godaddy. more likely, they just want people to buy a .tv domain from them before they "disappear".

I would't say so. When Tuvalu will be under water, .tv extension will canceled..also every existing domain names. At least it should be like this. But for instance .su (Soviet Union) is still alive. It was ICANs decision, so maybe they would decide the same in the case of .tv
