Dot global domain Extension in point of Bing Search Engine?

    We have dot global domain extension i.e., example (dot) global.
    My questions:
    1.How Bing Search Engine will treat our domain?
    2.We have only three options(sub domain, directory and page) to set Geo-Targeting in Bing?

    there is no "domain" option to set Geo-Targeting.
    Does anyone have idea?
