I was captured by the (dot) Asia bug when it came out back in March. I still think It's like you asking me back in 1994 "what do you think Joke.com is worth?" I was able to get Hovercrafts.asia (because of one of my affiliate links-hoverpod.com) The best thing you can do for yourself is hang onto the domain and wait until China and India to adopt the dot Asia name and utilize it online. Considering the fact that these two nations harbor just under half the worlds population, can you imagine how many future dot Asia websites will spawn into existence. The sheer number could compete directly with the dot com. I estimate 2015/ 2020 when this will happen. If sold then and considering the dot Asia development on the net $100,000.00+ if sold to a large Austral-Asian comic/media agency. Yea I guess you where one of the lucky ones!
When I was evaluating the dot Asia extension I found it handy to compare it to the dot EU (Europe) tld. With that in mind I would look at Joke.eu and see what you think. I think Pool.com and Ebay.com are handling are fair wack of the dot Asia auctions at the moment. I personally haven't pursued any further with the dot Asia extension (because lucky people like you pinched them all milliseconds into the opening period) leaving people like me foraging for domain scraps! Anyway I hope you get top dollar for it! I may keep my eye out for big dot Asia sales and post any new information on the subject.
Unfortunately the interest of US market towards dot asia domain is not as popular as that once .eu domain
It may be unfortunate for the US market! The domain after market is not solely dependant on the amount of US domain investors, Its independent! alot of the continental and ccTLD's seem to be snapped by many different parties world wide. Theres been some crude speculation that alot of the valuable dot Asia domain names will end up in the middle east presumably the united emirates but again only wild speculation.
