Yes, I actually received a payment for 6 cents one time and paypal kept everything. I recommend only using Paypal for 1.00 or more, otherwise they keep way too much and its not worth it.

I would go a bit further and say only really for $2.00 or more, since in some cases paypal will keep more than $1. I have no idea why, but I received a couple of $1 donations before that actually cost me 34 cents! Very random and very weird.

What's stopping someone malicious from sending a paypal account thousands of penny payments? If the person receiving them must dish out 35 cents each time...

That only occurs in CC payments, and CC payments must be accepted by the reciever.

Been selling digitally-sent items on Ebay for years for $0.01 (helps with the feedback ) daily I get anywhere between 25-50 1 cent payments. Paypal charge a $0.01 fee for each payment processed, so as keenly articulated before .... I get a big fat ZERO.

Why do i do this? It's all about the feedback love...

Sending 1 cent/penny transactions happens a million times a minute 24/7. (I may have exaggerated there).

Best of luck with your transactions.

In addition, onlinravi is quite right. Anything above a Personal account and they charge a processing fee.

My rule for you - keep it personal. :D

0.1 cent if sent to premier account the premium owner gets 0

if u send 0.15 then premium owner gets 0.05

if u send to personnel account then full payment will be received!

    HOPE IT clears all doubts!

I wish the world could veto Paypal, but the truth is they are IMO the best at their game at the moment and the alternatives are crap.

Do you have a shop? Because with 20-30 cent listing fees coupled in, it buying feedback must take a toll on your wallet.
