yes delusion is a pretty thing...the whole world ignores US "aid"...im kind of an expert on your "aid" my country got it by the bucketload...you could call it legalized bribe...i can give you many many examples where the "US aid" guy and the local politician get to decide what "aid" goes to what bank account LOL...

hell just in my region "US aid" was supposed to build a mountain pass that was supposed to be 80 kilometers long (strange job for US aid eh?) and this was like 4 years ago they got the money because a local company was involved in building it but only like 4-5km were actually constructed!!! its 20 minutes from my fathers house!...now heres the interesting bit the director of the local construction company (also a politician) suddenly got this spanking new Audi A8L its the long version for presidents with all the extras!!!...we asked him about the road (it would save us all tons of time) and he said openly that it was never going to be built in the first place and that the first few kilometers were only for show...

i know several western "aid" agencies and most of them are a pure waste of your tax money and they almost never help where its needed they just worry about spending all their "budget" so that they can get a new one next year and keep their fancy jeeps and salaries...some "aid" is actually distributed but i dont believe its anybodys first priority if you get what i mean LOL...

i dont know anything about the "Aid" program for HIV in africa but i can bet you ANY AMOUNT OF MONEY that the medication/aid coming is from one of bushes buddies that has a big pharma company and will sell the medication at outrageous US prices...when i say "sell" i dont mean that any african can actually afford it i mean sell to the tax payers that will pick up the bill for this scam...i will leave this board and put "the USA rules" in my signature if this is not the case...it happened here in my country this is why im so sure it was a scandal because local medication is 20x cheaper...

the only thing you will get free from the USA is a bomb or a bullet...the USA is an empire its not a goodwill organisation...if in doubt just count the bombs...

i wont even go in to discussing the infamous "US embargos" that destroy millions and millions of livelyhoods because some US politician claims to be the representative of a nation,most of whom, that cant even find the embargo-ed country on the map...

Control over it?? If we wanted to control Georgia, we would be in Georgian capital by now. Do you really think its so hard to spot these pipelines and bomb them from the air with russian air forces?

Regarding cutting oil/gas to neighbours, when you dont pay for the gas and have debts in bln $ - you will surely get cut.

Corruption at local levels is a problem with giving aid but how is it our fault? There is nothing we could ever do to satisfy people like you. Ha, ha, ha, this guy hates Russia by default. No reason for Russians to do anything. It is always their fault.
