Don't you just love chocolate? It is sooooo delicious. I just had a dark chocolate cake with rich chocolate icing. Anyone know any more chocolate cake recipes?

Actually I don't really like chocolate.

I'll eat it if I have to but I won't really enjoy it.

I don't know why. I just always thought that chocolate smells and tastes like shit.

Not that I have tasted shit.

I'm not really a huge fan of chocolate. I can down a chocolate milkshake or munch on a candy bar once in a while but I don't think I can live on chocolate. I can definitely live on meat though ;)

Some of the recent findings suggest that chocolates have some medicinal properties especially the dark ones which helps to improve the libido. I don't know the recipe for the chocolate but since I am a dairyman, I know a lot about milk. ;)

Chocolate contains a natural 'love drug'. Tryptophan is a chemical that the brain uses to make a neurotransmitter called serotonin. High levels of serotonin can produce feelings of elation, even ecstasy - hence the name of the designer drug that also works by increasing serotonin levels.

While tryptophan could be considered 'chocolate's ecstasy', another chemical called phenylethylamine has earned the nickname 'chocolate amphetamine.' High levels of this neurotransmitter help promote feelings of attraction, excitement, giddiness and apprehension. Phenylethylamine works by stimulating the brain's pleasure centres and reaches peak levels during orgasm.

Needless to say I always keep a box of Black Magic on hand for those hard to get girls..;)
