Don't you guys think it would help to add a fee to the B&S?

I mean, nothing wrong with having a free area to buy and sell, but the amount of complete CRAP in the buy & sell area is simply amazing. When sitepoint made theirs a fee-based selling forum it pretty much took care of the scammers and junk sites, every time I go to DP's B&S area it's worse than it was the last time I went there.

I just wish there was at least one area in there where I could go to look at legit items for sale, quality items you know? Have the people who really have something to sell pay a $5 or $10 fee to get into the nice area. And on top of having a nice quality area to buy and sell, it will bring DP some extra money.

I know this topic has been brought up before, I was just trying to sort thru the endless pages of sh*t websites and became so enraged I decided to make this topic ;T

 

From my point of view, if someone wants to scam you, paying a membership or posting fee will not stop him/her.

Perhaps the only good thing is that not every scammer may have the money to pay, but not a real obstacle to stop weatlhy scammers.
