I read all the messages in this thread and decided not to approaching Gunggo .
From my point of view, Gunggo is a legit company but they're worst at supporting publishers and the eCPM rate is low as well.

P/s: For someone whos looking for popunders I would recommend Popads/Popcash/Propellerads since they have pretty good rates and super quick payment term. You can say goodbye to "sending invoice" or NET30, etc.

 

No payment from November, still reports are broken for December/January. I had assurances all last week that I would have a response by Friday, and yes still nothing.
New comers AVOID. Current users need to persist to get there payments.

Their Website and Ad network looks ok, don't know why they are not paying out the publishers. Maybe having hard time getting revenue and conversions from sale of products.

 

They are a scam, avoid them. They are not even replying anything to me at all.

 

They forgot to mention they’ve transitioned to new brand - Clicknerd.

So if you are looking for them, use same email but with @clicknerd.com (p.bhatt for Pharaj Bhatt, sharon for Sharon Lee, daniel for their CEO Daniel Yuen)

 

I have Daniel Yuen on skype, and after him fobbing me off numerous times, he now doesn't respond.

I advise you everyone to start using them only if prepayment is offered. This transition was strange enough to start doubting them wven though they were good back in the days.

 

That paraj guy and Daniel sent me to send mails to , and (which i only just realised) so i sent them a mail on the 2nd address adding the publisher(s) in, ill see if i get a reply.

Don’t bother sending anything to those emails. Gunggo has been torn apart between two COO’s where one has decided to retire from advertising industry while another (Daniel Yuen) has formed RTB LOGIC LTD in Barbados (HQ Canada) and working under different brand. It might that they won’t be issuing any money, I am not familiar since I’ve stopped using them a while (no reason for stopping, just better offer from another firm).

 

You sound well connected, are you there spokes person?

 

No, but I was, as well, one of their major publishers (getting $XXXX weekly), so they informed me about those actions.
