Nevermind! I stop using gunggo, for its just a waste of time. Your managers are unprofessional, I haven't get a single reply from them until today! imagine that payments has been delayed for over a month! and if I haven't posted something in here, nobody will followup my invoice! WTF!

You just pinged me on skype and on email. I am having it investigated however keep one thing in mind, if our technology in house and 3rd party fraud system has detected you for the last 5 months as being "bot" or fraudulent traffic which in turn affects my advertisers this is not a good sign.

I could understand however each time it has been deemed as non legit traffic, which against our T&C's on our contracts. Keep in mind, attempting to pass this traffic is "great quality" to any network affects us tremendously as you then in return "hurt" my advertisers campaigns or damage relationships.

I will investigate as you have skyped and emailed me however so far, it has been reported back we have notified you many times to not send us such poor traffic. Should this be cleaned up or in the future, we can then look at a potential partnership however at this time, please do refrain from spamming posts on information that is irrelevant.

@bcast also keep in mind many advertisers reported this traffic back as fraud so you have to understand in the eyes of the advertiser it was complained about too many times.

Hey Itatknic if we said it was "bot" traffic most likely our inhouse and 3rd party auditing caught this otherwise we would attempt to keep a partnership. You can try another network that is willing to accept that traffic however it does nothing for my network if it destroys or harms my client relationships with traffic that is not real.

Hey Amir, considering we been in touch and always paid YOU in a CONTRACT we were in. The day your teams site got hacked and went down, sending 10% of the impressions we were in contract for, then threatening us, when YOUR TEAM DID not deliver as per our agreement. Then ripping our tag with no warning then threatening every day. I told you bro, even told the team multiple teams to handle this because I dont know how Dreamfilms can turn around today and be like you pay us THIS MUCH a DAY LOCKED IN and did for over 1.5 years but the month you decide to ONLY deliver under 50-100k of impressions for the end half of November, you threaten us? You want to talk professional, then deliver as per the deal. But once again we have always paid you, so why are you getting all unprofessional now about it?

Run as far as possible from Gunggo, not only their ads are riddled with malware, but at some point they stopped paying without any notice of any kind, and after emailing like 6 different people from Gunggo, days later they tell me they don't pay "ilegal traffic". 99% of my traffic comes from Google, apparently Google is ilegal now...

I got paid... until I didn't.

And I emailed , and a bunch of other accounts. And as I said, they told me my traffic is "ilegal" (when, again, it's mostly traffic from Google).

So you considered my traffic "ilegal" for some unknown reason, you didn't give any notice, you simply stopped paying. I tried contacting for days to different accounts until someone finally answered, with no idea of what was happening, and the excuse of ilegal traffic, with no detail whatsoever on why, only days later...

I use a bunch of other networks and I have for over 15 years now, and Gunggo is the most unprofessional network I've ever encountered (your problem with malware ads is simply astonishing, you killed my traffic from Google several times and offered no response whatsoever on the issue).

So, yes, people, just RUN from Gunggo.

 

Same as some others, I haven't been paid for November, and there is a lot of missing reports for 29th/30th December
1,4,6,9,12,13,19,21 January reports are missing.
I have had a relationship previously with gunggo so decided to give them a go again in November after many begging emails to us only to find this.
I have mailed many times and get no reply at all, I do imagine I am going to get the rubbish about bot traffic like some others so they avoid payments. Its a few hundred dollars so not big sums, but its not the point, and servers need paying.
