You have been a publisher since 2015 screen shot showing EVERY payment has been made to you so when you say up there we have NEVER paid you? why are you lying? When investigating I found out you sent your invoice LATE to my AP team, hence the delay in auditing and sending payment!

hello, sure than you can help me for my problem too
i am working with gunggo from last 2 years never had faced problem always got payment on time, but recently i had stopped showing popup ads on my site for low rate , but i have a pending amount of $72 in my account which was supposed to be paid in this month of first week, but still no payment made in my account .
already sent many mail to support team and my account manager annie and juan but no any reply received.

so my question is from
SharonGunggo will you pay me ? or not just give clear reply , if not than why ?

The traffic does not seem so legit, probably why they do not want to pay you. With so much impressions and very little clicks, that is bad

 

@Bernard, yes if we audit and the traffic is obviously not legit, we will ban the publisher and not pay as we reverse all traffic from the advertiser. All this does is harm the advertiser and potential of a growing opportunity.

 

@aryan281 my apologies for delay however it shows you have been paid yesterday. Please do keep in mind, at times there can be delays due to holidays however if you have been paid multiple times with us you will see pay indeed. This was completed. Thank you

 

They are not scam, they are legit. But I must say its a total waste of time and traffic. in my case, I keep sending them 7k-8k impressions per day and average daily rate is around 2-3 usd. While on the other network my daily rate is 9-10 usd for 8k impressions. In short gunggo is not a scam but I wont recommend them because of their low rates. and I also want to highlight that payment issue seems to be a problem for many years now.

Why do publishers need to send invoice? it will just end up for a delayed payment, Other networks has the capability of generating invoice automatically. I dont know why gunggo did not fix this.

This is feedback I can definitely take to my team regarding the invoices etc to improve the transition of payments to our publishers. In regards to your eCPM, I am unsure which site you own however perhaps we could do more specific buys on your site which could aim at higher eCPMs for your inventory.

@SharonGunggo ... well you didn't reply my pm. Now I ask you here, how to set my payment address in your publisher platform? , because my earning in gunggo before 1 November already reached to 100$ so I expect to receive it in 1 December.

 

Did gunggo die ?! ... even my 2 account manager ( Juan - gunggo.com | Shaun Schwartz ) didn't show up online on Skype from a long time and they don't reply at all !
