Hello everyone , I see many people here are fed up using GD,Pool,Snapnames for backordering a domain, which even after winning goes into the auctions , for them i would suggest backorder your names through a WWD reseller , your domains won't go into auction then , i think many of you guys don't know this so just to let you know Aryan.
If we're talking about paid domain names registered to you and don't want any of them to be possibly auctioned, then make sure they never expire in the 1st place. Renew for a longer term, put it on autorenew, etc. Next, read your registrar's fine prints what they'll do to domain names that do expire. For example, Network Solutions supposedly won't let a domain name go into auction if the registrant specifically requests opting out of their auction process. Bottom line: be aware what the sponsoring registrar in question will do to the domain name once it expires. Each does things its own way.
WWD reseller whats that, also once your domain does go in to auction, and its popular, you better have deep pockets, because that domain will sell for alot more than you could ever command for it, even if you owned it now!!!
