    Yes, you are right that as long as RESHMA SULEMAN is in UG Software, the company cannot progress. She is bringing in her own people, one of them being ARSHAD ( no knowlwdge ).

    RESHMA SULEMAN has become the de facto CEO of the company and is taking all the decisions on her own. Her monthly salary of
    Rs 40,000 is NOT JUSTIFIED. She has done nothing for the company except ignoring loyal people. Her biggest fault is that she has broken the link between CEO and employees and doesn't allow anyone to get near the CEO lest the employees expose her.
