You can't see your grammar errors as well? Have you tried searching for "thе Ñ•hірріng Ñhаrgе" in Google (copied from here) or just try putting it in the editor and you'll see it's highlighted as an error? Are you trying to listen?
maybe you want to bring it down a level then??? maybe not everyone communicates like you?? when you say 'foreign symbols', i'm actually looking for foreign symbols - nut still not knowing what they are.. and when i see "the shipping charge", i see 3 English words surrounded by quotes - what do you see??? what does anyone else see?? that is why you are confusing.. i searched on Google for that and nothing came up - but what does that tell me?? it's stuff like this, people, that you will get with their site.. confusing, ambiguous.. and yes i admit to grammar errors on occasion - doesn't everyone?? but nothing went through without your reviewers OKing it - so i still don't see the problem.. except for the fact that you guys don't communicate well..
That is really not an easy issue, that's why I pointed you to my article with details and also included a screenshot... Yes, you need like a minute to figure it out but you didn't care. And your grammar errors are NOT occasional. They are all over your articles - and when we asked you to edit them out many times, you never cared to.
to say someone doesn't care means that you know that person very well and know for a fact that they don't care.. which is preposterous in this case since you don't know me and the mere fact that i'm still writing back shows i care.. is anyone else seeing the disdain and combativeness of this person?? and the fact that you approved ALL but one of our 20+ articles means you approved the grammar after we made changes to it - so to say we didn't care to change it makes no sense??? but keep replying because you are showing your true colors..
I think Ann's post was VERY CLEAR on how this scam is possible, and why using special characters is not honest. I have used MBG for about a year now (premium user) and have been very pleased with the service. It is FREE for all users to find blogs to place content on, or for bloggers to find articles for their own blogs. The premium service (like DP) has some extra perks and ease of use options. The staff is very present on the site, customer service is quite prompt, and Ann is continually listening to members and making their user experience better, improving site usability and adding features. As for safety, all articles and sites added to MBG are moderated. Any user can report "bad" sites or dishonest users. All articles are moderated, meaning they are personally checked with human eyeballs to approve for quality, grammar, good English and that they abide by the site rules. Those users that repeatedly contribute low quality content, or who refuse to abide by the site rules are eventually banned. Keeps everyone honest and those that shouldn't be there, out. As it is FREE to use, don't let ONE person's bad experience hold you back. For the site resources alone, it's worth using. lol and let's not forget one minor detail, it's Ann Smarty for crying out loud! Whoever doesn't know her name in the SEO industry must be living under a rock
I used MBG for two years so far, I get quality content from MBG users for two of my big sites. So really, it is exaggerated to say that this blog service is bad.
Hard to tell if that is the real Ann Smarty considering this is the web and it is hard to imagine she would end up with the time to comment in one of these forums. Regardless, all of Ann's points are entirely correct. Ann is well respected within the SEO community and I use her service to assist with certain client campaigns. Yes, there are certainly content guidelines for MGB, but that is encourage higher quality content that other will want to add to their blogs. All my research and experiences related to MBG and Ann Smarty are nothing but positive. @ Tyankee Looking at your post count it seems as if you frequent the DP forum often. However, you may wish to exercise a little more caution. You referenced legalities; did you ever hear of libel?
I reguarly use myblogguest and only had 1 article rejected as low quality and they were right. It was the last I had written out of 10 and had run out of ideas, so it was the weakest and deserved to be rejected from a good blog owner. The bottom line is. Blogs need GOOD CONTENT. They will only reject, if it is not good. It is their interest for all articles to be accepted. This is a good service, aimed at delivering good content, in return for good links. SEO has chnaged in the last 2 years and how we have done things, has needed to improve.
As Ann has already said, you're not listening. You're reading her responses up to a point, then getting annoyed and/or upset and stopping. Most importantly, you didn't read that article. The problem is, at a guess, that your word processor is set to use a non-standard character set. Though the characters look the same on the screen, they're not the same in the HTML because you're not using a standard character set. This means that Google can't find the search terms and therefore your work is rendered useless by the mismatch between your character set and normal browser settings. You're annoyed because it looks fine to you... but you're not listening to the feedback and realising that the problem is (probably) not something you deliberately did but something that's happening and which you need to fix. You're obviously a decent writer. You should consider listening to - and understanding - the editorial feedback before you rail about being banned for things you did, whether you're aware of them or not. I'd say that's exactly what they're doing. But you're not listening: you're just complaining and whining instead of looking at the (polite) feedback, understanding it and doing something about it.
I am also writing articles from a long time but I never used paid guest posting service to share my articles. I always used to contact bloggers and gave my articles or I participated there as contributor and then shared my articles there.
Hard to tell if that is the real Ann Smarty considering this is the web and it is hard to imagine she would end up with the time to comment in one of these forums. Yes, that's really me I am getting better and better while my clone army is growing... On the serious note, I have a lot of contacts and even if some conversations bypass my Google alerts, I usually get pinged by my contacts (like now: One of the MyBlogGuest users PMed me saying I was suspected of being not me lol) Thanks for the awesome support everyone. You can't be good for everyone and trying to keep the quality of the place means you'll inevitably hit the wall of misunderstanding!
Don't install the wordpress plugin, I did and it injected some malicious code into my site. Had to spend days trying to find a hidden virus on my site and removing it. Service is alright though.
Okay, I have read the thread and here is what I have to say on the matter. Special characters: what some scamers do, they replace some English letters with Russian letters. I am talking about the letters that look the same, for example: a A, p P, e E, o O, c C, x X, T, K, B, M. See, they look the same both in Russian and English. But to Google - they are not the same. That's why Google does not find anything when you search for English words that contain Russian letters in them. tyankee, I don't want to be rude so I better keep my mouth shut. Ann Smarty, you are correct by banning him. I would have never had as much patience as you have.
might as well get 'rude' since you just insinuated i'm a spammer.. but i guess it' ok these days to blast USA citizens for anything and everything since we're such a joke around the world.. but some of us DO still have morals - unlike many many others around the world and no i would never spam. if there were 'special' characters in ANY of my articles i would need to see proof besides someone saying search Google as i have no idea or way to create special characters nor would i waste my time.. and i'm not sure why you people think you need to keep this thread going because you're messing with the wrong person if you're trying to cause an issue.
Ignoring the whole pointless cultural/nationalistic nonsense, you're still not listening. Have you read the article Ann suggested? Have you tried copy/pasting the samples people have given into Google to see that they do, indeed, return NO matches despite looking completely normal? Have you looked at the HTML behind the page to see the special weirdness going on? Have you tried to understand the problem instead of just saying "I'm not doing anything" all the time? I can't speak for the others but I'm still visiting because it'd be really nice to help you understand WHY this happened so that you don't shoot yourself in the foot with (potentially) every other client. If your word processor is set up so that it's producing odd characters, it's going to keep happening and you need to fix it or you could run into this issue for ever. And that'd be a career-killer.
i just hate self righteous people who think they know everything when they only read points of view on a forum.. were you there when i posted the articles?? did you see what i posted?? did you see the responses and the ineptitude of their 'English Grammer Specialists'?? let me answer for you - no you did not. But then again, why am i replying to you when you are just a 'front' account created by them - in fact probably the same person who responded early. i know it's a no win situation but i won't quit as long as their is a bad product that i think i can help someone else out by pointing out.. as for the copying and pasting - of course i did that - didn't you read my responses. have i looked at the HMTL - not sure how to do this when the article was written with Notepad?? but it's not so much the details of this as the combative support and ineptitude of their experts.. but i'm sure you'll try to defend that as well, without being there.. or give me some other nonsensical reply like 'you're not listening'..
I apologise for my limited ability to only respond based on the opinions given and my lack of supernatural power to see into the past in places where I was not present. Pointless, redundant accusation. Also incorrect. Yes, I read the whole thread. You said you'd done the copy/paste and didn't understand what this showed. Which suggested that you hadn't read or hadn't understood the article Ann pointed you to. Which is why I attempted an explanation about foreign character sets and the HTML behind the page (this page we're on here) so that you would see the odd characters and understand the problem... or at least try to see how the darned things had crept into your work so that you could fix it and avoid any future occurrences. It's not the details? But surely the details are why you're upset? And as for combative attitudes, well... we only have what's in this thread, not the original communications. Apparently you both called each other "stupid" a lot. Actually, I think I'll just smile, nod and leave you to it. I had tried, somewhat clumsily I'll admit, to help you see where the problem lay but you're too busy being angry. Good luck with that.
@tyankee Try to post an unique content with good grammar, you'll see the result. BELIEVE ME MyBlogGuest(.)com is a Good Service
ok everyone. I understand 'reputation management'. I've even done it for 2 companies. I know the process. You hire a number of people to post nice stuff about you to drown out the bad stuff. So i know i'm beat here and will just wait for new people to post about their bad service. It's no longer my problem.
