Don't understand SERP's

When I am searching 'koh samui villas' on the web my site www. samui-villas. biz is on place 82???
C'mon that can't be real, or??
PR is 4
Backlinks are around 500
indexed pages around 900
site is over one year old.

...and it is even in the url www. samui-villas. biz

Even my new site www. kohsamuivillas. biz, which is just one month old is already with the same searchterm on place 28.

What is going on?? Is it maybe because of the .biz domain? Is Google punishing me for something? I can't imagine, as for other searchterms the result is very good.

Any idea or suggestion outthere would be appreciated.

More linking...? Competition has around 50 backlinks, The Pr's are between PR1 - PR3...

And why is the SERP with other terms much better?

 

Google is strange and difficult to understand. I feel most people speculate on the real reasons but no one knows the actual methodology.
But then, you also want to check your on page SEO

well you need more back links for the site, google has change many things since few months, if you have most of the links from do follow site then it makes a big different.

 

You need more links using that keyword as your anchor text.

I will also suggest you to get some good quality link back for your site. All the link backs should have your branding or generic keywords as anchor text, you should go for more and more blog writing, article writing, try to submit your site in different directories, start using Wikipedia, improve your site content as content as the king for link building, try to increase your internet presence on social media profiles like facebook, twitter and other places. Try to work more on social book marking sites as well.

With all these process i will suggest you to start working on squidoo, hubpages. These two are high PR sites and search engines provide high priorities to these sites. These sites require dedicated resource to work on.

You can also start using Facebook group section and fan page section to interact with different people.

I hope all these things will help you to improve your site presence.
