I writed 3 messages and they sent me only related answers to my problem not exactly what i asked. What i want : i want to change the "customer email address" under my PayPal account. Why i can't ? because i receive this error : "Please enter a valid Category" but there is no category displayed to choose under my account. I asked, there is a bug ? and they sent me answers related to the email of the account which is not the same thing with the "customer email address" and the second mail was related to "limitations to my account" i doubt they will limit changing my email or an url without limiting my transactions so i doubt they understand my message. ) For those with a business account, can you change the "business url" and "customer email address" without any problem ? As i told you, i can't and nobody understood what email i want to change.
I suggest you to just give them a phone call because that way you will get quick and proper answer. Most of the times this email thingy waste our time. DON.
I send email many time to paypal regarding my problem, the answer is always the same (looks like automated email response) so I call them and the problem solved within minutes.
Yes, I have no problem from changing my "Business URL" or "Customer Email Address" however if you are unable to do so, why not just give them a call and explain your situation and problem. Email are taking too long
Sorry to hear that. I don't have any problem when changing the biz url and email. Maybe the bug only at your account? Just call them up and state your problem so that they can correct the problem
