I can not say that they are scan, because they worked with for a while ... But they are Untrustable, sundely they lock my account saying about fake leads... They have never sent any detail, like IP, when... Nothing. I tried send some e-mails to then, no awnser... This totally fake reason to lock my account, I have never ever made a lead by mayself, even never clicked on they ads I have recommended they all over the web (example in webmundo.net), now, I need Unrecommend Run away from Ad4Games
