I have been an envato member for the last 3 years, I have referred a couple of people and purchased myself over 85 items from their network (codecanyon, graphicriver, themeforest,...) Anyway, always tried to help as much as possible when people did purchase the same items as me and always supporting people over there. About 2 weeks ago, I spotted a new wordpress plugin that is about adf.ly, a kind of rotator plugin. I went to check it out and noticed that this plugin was close to be an existing plugin that can be found for free on wordpress.org and noticed via the comment system what I found. 2 days later I wanted to go back to see if there is a ything I would be interested and found out that my account has been disabled. ONLY GOD KNOWS WHY!! I used the support system to get in contact with them and asked the staff why my account is banned. I had one reply saying that my request has been sent to staff who can deal with that and since then, nothing... I have sent a few emails regarding this problem and they never come back to me. I have spent over $600 on envato and I have done what users should do when someone is selling something that already exist on the internet, reporting. I believe I have reported the wrong guy, probably an admin or a close friend, anyway it's known users (I eve purchased something from him) but at the end, I have been banned from thir website and don't have access to any file I have purchase from them. IMO, you should stay away from them, they are sick and being a strong user of many webmaster communities, I will post this in all places I can. On this I wish you all a good day
