   I bought a banner ad advertising... however under My Ads section I don't see a preview of the banner, there's a text ad... here's screenshot https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4i3hdllAWXZT1A1T3VoWFJadFU/view
   
   I don't want to hit enable and end up with a text ad.

   I'm not showing any banner image attached to that ad. If you click the "Edit" option, you should be able to upload your banner images there. Also, make sure you hit "Save" *after* you upload them. Just uploading but not saving them won't do anything.
