Don't Not Ignore this Post

Hello, I'm mad as can be. All i ever see in this world is other peoples garbage. Everyday I go home I pass a sign that says "No Littering $500 Fine", but what is on the ground all around that sign? Trash, everywhere, all the way, on my drive home. In the ditches, in the peoples yards who live near the road. every shopping center I go to, people just indescriminatingly throw whatever on the ground with absolutely no attempt to find somewhere for their garbage, so whereever they are at is good enough. And why is it that cigarette smokers feel its their right to throw their cigarettes everywhere. Its ignorance, the litterer, has only one thing on their mind, and thats getting that last precious inhale, that addiction releiving hit of nicotine, and then that butt is irrellevent to them, it has no meaning anymore to them, so they throw it on the ground, this is the ignorance I speak of. Ignorance is not an excuse when breaking the law. With no utterly no attempt to extinguish the flame (because of this state of ignorance), and this why where I live the countryside goes up in flames every dry season. This is criiminal littering. It should be treated as a degree of arson, when these people practice these habits on daily basis. If its alright to throw the butts down, then its O.K. to throw the cellophane and aluminum foil to the ground, and when the pack is empty,thats O.K. And then the fast food waste, and pop and water bottles, candy and junk food wrappers, diapers, etc.etc... No wonder their are giant swirls of plastic garbage cycling the worlds oceans. Litterbug is to sweet a phrase, an euphemism. It should be more like DISGUSTING GARBAGE PIG! If any laws are ever enforced, as they never are, these criminals should have steep fines, many hours of community service picking up the same kind of filth, while wearing humiliating signs or T-shirts that are emblazened with DISGUSTING GARBAGE PIG or IGNORANT 2ND DEGREE ARSONIST.
