On mine, I get them instantly. However, I didn't follow through the paypal checkout because I thought it was $3.00 for a featured link. The $2.50 per month through me off I don't usually do monthly featureds.

If the $3.00 offer is still good (I'm presuming permanent or at least a year?), I'd still be happy to pay for a featured link. I'll send you a PM. I'm always happy to buy cost effective featured links!
