Don't let your subscribers forget you!

It's a fact that your emails will go directly to a reader's deleted folder if they don't remember who they are from or why they are receiving them.

Don't give you reader's the opportunity to forget you. If this happens, they will eventually take the time to open one of your emails, but only so they can find the unsubscribe link.

Make a schedule that outlines how often you will email your subscribers and stick with it as much as possible. Of course, it's perfectly acceptable to send impromptu emails to send out announcements and special product offers - the goal is to be in contact with your list regularly.

I recommend writing every week or every two weeks at a minimum. You need to test out what intervals work best with your readers. In most cases an email every day might be too much, but it really depends on your topic and your target subscriber.

The main thing is to let your readers know from the first email you send how when they should expect to get an email from you. It also does not hurt to remind them in the PS of your messages that you will be mailing them soon with a value packed message.

This is very true. An information that I have found to be very effective in my email and affiliate marketing. It is really important to make sure you have a regular schedule of sending out emails so your readers will know when to expect and watch out for your emails. To avoid problems with this, you can pre schedule posts via an autoresponder sequence tool such as Aweber for example. It allows you to load and schedule your messages in advance so you don't have to worry about when to email your subscribers.

This is very true. Not only does this avoid the problem of letting your subscribers forget about you -- but it also helps you leverage your time and work less.

By having messages pre written and ready to send out -- you can be making money while you are not even sittting at your computer. This is the power of having an online business + having an auto responder that can send messages automatically.

Thank you mkcookin. This is a great way to automate business and email marketing. That way, we don't all become slaves to 9-5 jobs. We can run our business with less hours although in the beginning we may have to put plenty of extra hours.
