How to don't let google index redirect url's

I'm using links to affiliates something like this: ht.p:www.mydomain.com/go.php?id=affiliatestore

If i use no follow tag is enough?

could you elaborate on why its not enough?

this is one area where the nofollow attribute makes perfect sense...

if your link contains "go.php?id=" then why not just add go.php to the robots txt to exclude it ?

.htaccess would surely help in this case . Its also useful for hotlink protection, password protection and blocking of hitbots .
