Well, my site without adsense is really turning bad for me. Everything else seems to be crap. Honestly, I don't even see how anyone makes money with other programs.

Some of you may have seen me talk about my site being banned before, and now i'm seeking for more advice.

HipHopVideoModels.net, it is borderline mature content, in case you are at work.

So, I am trying Adbrite right now, and well, by the way it's going for the past month, it's no good, it's bringing me pennies til now. I have tried bidvertiser, and it seems to be worse, I dropped them with no time. I tried affiliate programs, and other types like Adversal, but they do not convert with the type of audience I get. Text ads seem to work best on it.

So now, with a site like that, please give me your suggestions. Maybe something that converts well with model/celebrity sites, would be good.

    Thanks
    Nikki

Personally, I believe that one should not create a website for the main purchase of making money from ads but rather to create a website which you believe in or tickle your fancy. Grow the traffic numbers that way. Making money should be the last thing on your mind. Once the traffic numbers are really up, you can probably sell banner and other ad spaces. I am sure people will be swarming to be with you.

The thing is based on my experience, people don't tend to click on banners and all the advertisement all that often but it is once in a while that people do click so bringing up the traffic numbers really do help.

It always take time to grow a site so don't worry too much about it.

I'm not completely banned, they banned that site alone, I don't want to re-apply with that site with another domain name in adsense, don't want to push my luck.

I've seen sites way worse than mine and even similar ones with exact same pics, some are even friends of mine who have celebrity sites, and they are doing great with adsense. I had other violations, and I guess they are using the "mature content" as they say as an excuse not to use it. As i know they had reviewed before, and said there is nothing wrong with it. Now all of a sudden, after a good 9 month period, pictures that have toples pics with something covering the chest area, is considered in that category, even though they do not say that anywhere.

Anyways, that's neither here or there, I don't have the old email that they said it was ok, so I HAVE TO FIND SOMETHING ELSE. My audience doesn't do great with adult type ads, and when it's not adult, it's always casino types, that's it. That's real BS. I have put too much efforts into this site for it to bring nothing, with a good 15 000 uniques a month. And, this site didn't hav adsense in the beginning, actually it was hosted on a free site even...thenlater i decided my uniques were growing so I thought it would be good to take it out the free hosting and make it official, where I added adsense, and since then I was making a good amount, when it suddenly dissapears, it's hard.

So if anyone has any good programs that they might think suits my site, please let me know. Thanks

If ever possible, its more ideal to have multiple income sources for a site/s as if one revenue source goes down you then have the others to help get you by while you try and find a replacement for the money that your now not making.

If your relying on the one income and that goes t*ts up then its too much of a dent to your earnings.

Yes for sure. It is not my only source of income, or was rather. I have other sites up that generates money. But it was my top earner.

Forget PPC for that site. Switch over to cam site affiliates, you will make tons more with your target audience.
