Don't just write to get Paid--Write because you LOVE it!

There's no such thing as SEO writing. All SEO writing is to the SEO writer is strategic keyword filling---it only has a minimal insignificant effect. The only SEO you must know is that you use the words that you want people to search, simple as that.

But there is no SCIENCE called SEO writing---you want to know why?? Because Google engineers the web for readers not for webmasters. A Google engineer optimizing the Google algorithm, is going to construct the code so it detects you SEO writing, keyword filling people, and then rank you lower than someone who has written passionately and significantly.

In other words by writing with an SEO-mindset, you are fighting against Google, you will lose eventually. If you write for your audience, you're likely working WITH Google, and Google will appreciate it.

I'll give you an example, I wrote an article filled with keywords, bolded certain keywords, made a keyword filled title. It got ranked pretty well in search engines, got many hits over time. Maybe has 3,000 reads by now.

Then I wrote an article. Worked hard on writing something interesting and amazing. Used a lot of images. Wrote useful content. Then my readers liked it, they submitted it to a social network. And in only 4 days, I received 40,000 reads. PLUS--- Google ranks it FIRST page on many high quality two-word keywords, now instead of getting maybe 20-30 hits from Google on various keywords for that article, I get 100s!

You see? SEO writing, pseudo-science (look keywords!). It's not pseudo-science as many will argue, because those people are making a living on the pseudo science. (Like one guy in this thread, is selling a manual rofl)

When you feel up to it, I would not mind a challenge where you would end up donating proceeds to a charity that helps feed hungry children. That is what I love, helping real life people. Babbling on is nothing, show your piece. I will turn it into value. Sell it to a client and donate the proceeds to a charity.

Put your mouth, where your heart should be. You are in a stalled position, and I have people in less than six weeks pass you by, You simply refuse to learn, when you have so much to learn. Your incoherent writing proves that you are no writer, dyadvisor. I have achieved plenty of success without relying on your pseudo-science--simply by writing content people want to read not content optimized for search engines.

I get thousands of visitors to my websites simply because of effective content, while you struggle to get your site onto a certain SERP. What success have you achieved? Prove it--oh wait, I forgot you just want to sell your manual. You offer services without proving your worth.

Content writers like you can be found anywhere an nowhere. I would gladly see people that need the money to survive compete with you. They deserve it, you sure do not. I tell my readers to do a search on any subject, and look at all the sites that write for their visitors, and only a few keywords are put in the actual page.

In fact, very few put keywords in their code.

They write for their readers, with just a few touches of keywords.

People spreading the url of that page will take care of most of the job.

Tarkan Alexa is owned by Google. So if you say Alexa is not accurate, are you also saying Google is not accurate? You are using their analysis. By the way, a fool has a similar meaning to ignorant----unaware of the actual facts.

Alexa is owned by AMAZON, not Google. Just go to the Alexa site and look at the footer on the homepage.

As to how sites get ranked on Alexa..."The traffic rank is based on three months of aggregated historical traffic data from millions of Alexa Toolbar users and data obtained from other, diverse traffic data sources, and is a combined measure of page views and users (reach)."

Do a search of any webmaster forum and you'll find tons of folks with little regard for the rankings on Alexa and providing tips on how to game the system. The numbers are easily skewed by getting friends and family to install the toolbar and make frequent visits to a site.

Any statistics mentioned from Alexa should come with the clarification, "of the people who have downloaded and installed the Alexa toolbar, xyz's site ranking is xxx,xxx,xxx."

I would argue that this forum section has more passion, calculation / intelligence then ever and if that comes at the cost of some rivalries so be it

One thing I've noticed unfortunately from $/word article writing and especially article rewriting is having the 'blah blah blah' syndrome where you no longer care about the subject / adequete (sp) rewrites. If you find yourself with 'blah blah blah' syndrome too you need to take a break and might even have to drop the deal entirely as working under this mindset is devastating to the quality of work

My health, has become an issue. My mind is strong, but I will not tolerate mockery of being disabled. In fact at least 3 of the people I help with lessons also I have found to have disabilities.

I posted the correct information and a general comment about the lack of a moderator allowing these off-topic personal attacks to overcome what could have been an interesting conversation.

You came out of nowhere and joined this forum "to help people" while at the same time promoting a soon to be launched "article directory for writers" and an ebook. You are far from the first or last to join a forum with the "I've learned a lot and now want to share it" approach. If you are as web savvy as you claim, you should have known some members would be suspicious, if not hostile, to that approach.

Even so, many here read each of your posts on their own merit and joined the conversations in hopes of everyone learning something. When they were on-topic, sometimes I agreed with your comments, sometimes they gave me food for thought and other times they made me cringe in disagreement.

As soon as you said your disability sometimes precluded you from typing well, I gave you the benefit of the doubt that your posts weren't a true reflection of your writing abilities. Unlike others here, my comments have stayed on point and have nothing to do with mocking your disability - I am no stranger to pain and take great offense at your accusation.

It doesn't matter to me if you are able bodied or not, this is an open forum and you are not the only one with an opinion. Your answer to contradictory opinions has been personal attacks.
