Ensure you have good unique content and plenty of it, make sure your site is optimied well, and get some links in to it. Also submit it by using Google webmaster tools.

Simple - build your content - and build some backlinks.

they once indexed my website with huge traffic and few backlinks after 6 months of creation. I constantly tried but nothing happened. finally it happened when I had no expectations.

wow, 6 months to index a website is quite surprising!
Pages of my site which is about a year old gets indexed after 3-4 hour of adding a new post & it really feels good

    Is that what encourages you?
You should better read the recent Google algorithm changes which reflects that Google simply hates dupe content

You should have unique and quality content, then start building backlinks from relevant and authority sites.

Ping your site regularly then create and publish unique content in it.

You have to give it time and build links so Google is aware of your site. Google does not automatically index you unless you give it reasons to index you.

Hey , do not hurry , keep updating your site as usual , and do some seo jobs for it , if your site is really cool or to be worth , it will be indexed .

look at your sitemap. It stinks

Furthermore, your website hosts loads of copied content... I believe its getting auto posted via RSS feeds. You need to make it unique somehow. Maybe you can pull some other feeds as well and combine them to make it a page.... That will help
