    Just read they terms and conditions and if your blog comply with it you should be approved.
    I can't see any reason why you should not be able to do it.

    You can get adsense account if you have quality content in your blogspot. Otherwise it won't get accepted.

    If you have a personal domain and host and more than 5 posts .the chances of adsense approval is high.
