Hello everyone! It's to my understanding that many people are not too sure where to begin when it comes to making a website. Although some people may know they need this magical thing called wordpress, how do you go about getting it? Well first, you need to get your very own hosting account, and then get setup with Wordpress. It all takes less than a couple hours to get your first website up and running!

You can check this link for a full tutorial:

    Cheers!

Please don't make crappy guides like this just to get referral money from BlueHost. Do NOT do what this guy said. His guide is no where near as good as it should be to get free money like this.

I would say look for any provider that suits your needs, and 99% of them have template builders. You could also use something like webs to start your first website :)

What Feriscool said... and +1000 get. I'd like that twice, I'd like it thrice. I'd share that comment with some mice, I'd shower that comment with some rice.

Steaming piles of idiotic garbage like the 'builder' at bluehost are a blight upon the Internet and amount to little more than sleazeball asshat nube predation. They are sleazy scams preying on the ignorance of those who do not know any better! All it does is TRICK people into throwing away money on sites that to be frank, you couldn't pay anyone who actually knows about websites to deploy.

Of course the moment anyone says "need" and "wordpress" in the same sentence, I'm looking for my deuce and a half lump-hammer and introducing it to somebody's kneecaps.

Ok, I'll admit it -- remove the word 'need' from that last statement.
