I am not saying he should do the charge back. Im just telling you guys since we are a hosting company and many charge backs are done and the customer is usually the one that will be refunded.

Brilliant Logic. I admire you. If you get scammed and want to tell people, keep it for yourself and send the warning through psychic messages. I am sure Charles Xavier will hear you. Back On Issue, just report scam on paypal, they will give your money back since the seller did scam you, as far as i can see.
On that i agree with you totally, people should not make charge backs for no reason, as I said I have been scammed many times on couple hundred $$$ but I only made one charge back since there i thought it was necessary.. If you are a hosting company, put in your TOS that ones making charge backs will see their sites/scripts/templates (back ups) sold
Server is at our customer hands days ago. If a customer has problem with us he/she can talk with us and also if someone has problem with us it doesnt mean that we are a bad host. He must read our TOS. We dont care if he DIDNT read our TOS. That why all companies has TOS. Regards
That true Nochost TOS are there for people to read and once accepted there is no excuse as long as what was bought is delivered and public forums are not for support so I do understand you not getting involved in this, glad you guys solved the situation in the end....
dont lie when i told you i dont want the server it was one day after i got the serve i had it only for 35h so dont lie. and dont tell read the tos - you have service to give to me and you did not - and i sgined on a server not on a server that is going to be down for 48 - what about my website ?? other hosting wwebsites do the reinstall in 2h for you 48h if this is the case you sould put in your tos reinstall in 48h so people will not get any server from you ever agean . and i am here to tell every one about you and your great tos.
Arambo is right. Seems like Nochost.com is indeed a "scam" A service is a service and failure to do that means only one obvious thing. A client can say anything he wants but when you pay you expect the expected package. When 2 days are lost for a OS Reinstall, thats lost money. When the "representative" of Nochost.com replies to the angry client with "we dont continue a conversition with someone who talks about killing people" instead of tell him "we are sorry for the inconvieniece, we will reinstall your OS asap" thats something it s making me mad. The site of nochost has so many mistakes it aint looking professional at all! "Unamanged" instead of "Unmanaged", "Malasia" instead of "Malaysia" Pure scam. Thumbs Down for nochost
