In past few months webmasters are getting worried about google in search algorithm "Panda update".Panda is here panda is there and is every where on net as it caused such big changes that even some legit sites likes Mahalo.com lost its ranking. Every one on net is talking about this update and is getting worried that how to get their sites / blogs back to normal as they were before the algorithm update. So i will try to tell you some facts that you should know to get yourself out of this mess.These are not my own tricks google told the webmasters about these steps to follow and don't panic. So here goes that things that you should do to get normal traffic back. 1). Stop think that pagerank is the ultimate criteria that google use to rank webpages. 2). Stick to your old practices dont get involved in blackhat tricks to get you site back to normal. 3). Pay stress on unique content and update site frequently. 4). Old SEO tricks and tips stills works so follow them. 5). Dont spam your links on net (social bookmarking sites , article directories) as it may lead to more problems. 6). If your site is being sandboxed and you thing you have not done any thing wrong just submit a reconsideration request. Keep in mind don't get panda fever just feed it what it wants and you will get the results soon.
This is post is a great example of how ridiculous DP has been getting over the past couple of years. Get out.

Agree with most of your points - basically it can be condensed to 'do things properly and don't try to take shortcuts with your seo'.
