I'm confused. We shouldn't click fraud like don't click -->fraud? Why would you get an e-mail when you click fraud?

Google has tehnology to link and track all your clicks, regardless if those clicks are on your site from your adsense account.

For example, if you click on too many adsense ads from the same computer regardless of which website they are on without making a conversion your account can be disabled.

I have read about people who click on adsense ads from one computer and when they check their adsense account a few hours later they have an 'invalid clicks' email.

And you you click on 'fraud' they can disable your account because they suspect you are commiting click fraud.
