Don't do anything when you are angry because you will have to repent for the did when you will be calm.

i certainly agree. when you're mad you become unreasonable. and when you're mad you brain shuts off then when it turns on, you'll be surprised with the mess you have done which you may regret for the rest of your life.

I remember once I almost kill a man at a restaurant because he started to smoke near my little baby boy
and he refused to stop smoking.
I was so emotional that time.
I can't think clearly.

If I didn't move to other table that time, maybe I am in jail right now. And what a stupid mistake it's gonna be.
I don't have to kill that smoker, his smokes will do it better than me. LOL

Anger kills many things sometimes when you loose your temper almost.
Its a very bad result in married couples sometimes they end up giving their life long relationship sometimes in a bit of time forever.

I couldn't control my emotion at that time but I tried so hard to

Totally agree. You just never know what you might do when you are angry, and that you would regret later on.
