Hey guys, I am really really pissed off. But I won't let that get to me. Heres what happened. *dream bubble* I asked him to partner with me on my sites because I previously knew him for a while and trusted him. Then he never did any work whatsoever on any of the sites whilst I worked my ass off on them whilst he sat back and worked on his site, his "free hosting site. Then I sold those sites because I didn't have time for them, I didn't tell him about it because I knew he doesn't deserve half the money. Then today he asks for half of the money because he made a brilliant banner for the site (**my ass**). He contributed one thing whilst I was making articles and loads of things for the site. The he went into my Name Cheap account somehow and then he took all my 4 domain names and pushed them to his account and has them there right now. Do not deal with this man,girl person. I don't care if he replies to this topic and rejects, because he claims I am a scammer but I am not, look at my iTrader ratings.
Alas here's a lesson to anyone reading this now. When you partner with people set up a contract and write up a partnership agreement. Yes its a PITA but at least you won't go through this mess. I'm sorry to hear of this Gareth. I really don't think you can do much at this point unfortunately. . . unless you pay him off. Skinny

hello dp members, I'm gamezmania and Id like to say my part of the story becuase i believe you only saw one part of the story! Me and Gareth worked on a website to gether and then we decided to sell it here and at sitepoint, i told him i would do all the dealings and such.We sold the site for $250 and i recieved all the money through my account, straight away i informed Gareth and i sent him his half. After a week or so gareth came on msn and started talking about a site he got and then i was happy for him, later that day he came back on msn and kept *begging* me to join him and i didnt want to because i had other sites to work on but he continued to ask for me to become his partner once more. after a day of thinking i agreed and we set out to work on the site, the agreement was that i do the designing and he does the the writing. later that day, he added some articles and i asked him if i should change the banner and he said "yes sure" so i set out to create a banner for the site and i finished it and asked him if he liked it and ofcourse he did but he didnt upload it after i asked him if i could change the whole design because i didnt think it was any good but then he told me he liked it but also didnt mind me trying but only if i accually can master it, i tried with photoshop but i didnt like anything i made so i gave up. after couple of days of not talking i asked him hows ps3coverage and he said its good but then i realised the site was down! later that day i wrote messages but he would only answer my "hey's" and not any questions, i was getting frustrated and kept asking but soon i knew he wasnt going to answer so i left it. This morning he was online and i said "hey" and he replied back and then i went on to say "we really need the site to be up", he replies "i know" and i continued by saying whats the problem why is it down?, all i got back was "the hosting i think" and then i left it there, later today i started talking to him about another blog he sold through my account on sitepoint, he said "yep i know i sold all my blogs" and then i asked "Dont tell me you sold Ps3coverage?" and all he said was "yes" and then he never replied when i asked how much did you sell it for... after couple hours he returned and we started talking from the beginning, i told him "send me half we are partners on it" but he continued saying things like i had done nothing on it and how i only made 1 banner and he made 30 articles and such. We constantly argued and then i said "see when we sold the other site i accually gave you money" and "your just a scam" and then i continued "since you messed with me, watch what i'm going to do with you" and he replied "whats that.. go ahead" so i got angry and pushed his 4 domains to my account. later on he came back and said "do you want your money" and i answered "yep" and he sent the money and then wrote "and then you get those dam domains back to my account before i get my my foot down your dam throat" and i asked have you sent the money and he said "sent.. now get those domains back to my account, NOW" and i answered "try being kind of once" and then "oh please gameboy send my domains back to my beautiful account" after that i pushed all his domains back and now we are sorted. why he started saying stuff about me on forums is something i dont like ATALL specially when he makes it sound so one sided! please read my side before making any judgements!
