Don't comply with TOS

I just received that email from Google. What happens to my account now? Is there any way I could get it unsuspended?

I have no idea how I went against the TOS. I never even used Adwords, I just had an account.

A lesson here for every one: know the rules and comply with them.

I'm confused however. You say you had an account but never used it? Then you say you have no idea how you violated the TOS.

I've never put my clients' accounts in that position so I have no experience. I have however heard of others in the same position. Basically, Google's decision is final. They don't like people using the system in ways they don't want. You may try to contact them (email) and see if the decision can be reversed. I've heard of very few for whom this has happened so I wouldn't count on it. You also need lots of patience because even if you are one of the lucky few, this could take weeks.

Ya, I created an account, but never had any ads shown or anything like that.

Is there anything I can do to get my account back?

There is some information missing here. Something's not adding up.

google dont allow more than one account person. It seems they have linked your previous account to new one and there fore removed.

You obviously created ads going against Adwords policies. That's why you didn't get any ads shown. And because you likely did this repeatedly, Google decided you were a bad apple and banned you.

As I said before, beg and plead. But if you don't get it back, you only have yourself to blame.

I can't help you in determining how you violated the TOS. I don't have access to your account. If you really want to know, (kind of late now) read the TOS and see what applies to your situation.

Since your ads never had any impressions, it's something the system caught right away. You likely had warning messages. You can still go into your account and look, you just can't advertise. There are a number of things that can tell you what you did wrong. A QS of 1 might be an indication of poor landing page quality (ie: you are violating one or more rules). You mention maybe you were not bidding high enough. There's a message for that.

Also, if you get a message that a campaign violates any rules, don't simply pause a campaign. Delete it. This is obviously what happened here, the system telling you that you have campaigns that POTENTIALLY could ban you. A deleted campaign has no potential to do that but a paused one does.

You obviously want the account back and be able to use it. Like I said before, contact Google and plead your case.

By the way, pleading ignorance is not a good strategy. Google gives you the privilege, not the right, to use Adwords. They therefore expect you to read and be familiar with their rules.

Thanks for the help. I'm more pleading confusion that ignorance

But, I actually did read all the TOS when I contacted them the first time and I still could not find out any information.

I plan on calling them tomorrow.

Thanks again for all your help, sorry for being a bother :p
