    Some ads are paid on an impression rate, i know i've made some cash from 0 clicks on some of my sites in that way as of late.

    These type of amounts are given for impressions. It's a little bit difficult to win 100USD from impressions :D:D:D

    Sometimes it happens on Adsense. Some keywords does charge advertisers for impressions as well. Anyways, congratulations for that :)
