Hello. If you are just asking for Paypal alternatives then you should give Google wallet a try. I don't exactly know how to set that up so I'll leave it to you. I once used Payza as Palpal alternative but the company is not doing great recently so you might just cross that out. Other options are Payoneer, transferwise and stripe to name a few.
Creating an account is free for most but there should be a fee every credit card transaction. That's how I understand it. You should just check it out yourself mate. Goodluck!
