    Amazing .com domain name. I didnt really want to sell this, but I'd prefer to have money to invest in other projects. Adsense is grouped with more sites so assume little to no revenue.

    You're buying this blog purely because of its age, quality domain, search engine rankings, traffic and for the powerful niche it belongs to.
