Domain transfer? You don't need to transfer your domain to host it, unless you want to do so, but if you have just registered your domain, you have to wait 60 days before it can be transferred away. So the best that you can do is simply get into your Name.com control panel and setup nameservers using those of GoDaddy, then wait the propagation time and you will be done.
