    Is some deference between in both URL?

    Caps in domain don't make any sense, you are talking about urls and for search engines (so far) they are same. I am sure there are few expections though but in your case, it should be fine. Use any type of titles.

    There is no SEO advantage in lower case / upper case in a url.
