I used to use http://whois.domaintools.com a lot, but now It's down - I don't know where to go really.

you can use whois.net guys if you need a fast one

 

I use this site very often. I hope this is just temporary as I don't know of a better tool for whois.

 

I prefer domaintools, but dnsstuff.com will get the job done until it comes back online.
