    I'm selling the following domains. Mostly time issues as far as the reasons go. I'm very busy with other,
    non internet pursuits right now. BIN on everything mentioned is 200% or double the minimum bid. Everything
    is from the same godaddy account that I'm trying to clean out, so free push to another godaddy account.

    Payment by paypal only. I'm in Asia right now, so the time may be a bit different, but I check my mail/forums
    several times throughout the day, so it will be an immediate push to your godaddy account once I receive payment.
    If you want something for the BIN just post the domain and sold, and then I'll pm you the paypal details.

    As a follow up to the question - abcesl.com doesn't have any pr and was banned from google for aggressive seo. It's eslsociety.com which has the PR, and the domain was 301'd to abcesl.com.

    not short time when the pageranks updated pageranks may increase or decrease.
    You must take backlinks to protect your pr value.
    next update will be on october 5-15.

    ReadyToGo: the domain you bought, daily-free-sudoku was a pr4 when it was pushed to you. Once the sale is completed, it's out of my hands, and not my responsibility to maintain PR, traffic, or anything like that. The domain isn't banned in google, you just have it parked and don't have anything indexed for that domain with google. Again, this isn't my fault.

    But I do still have the private messages from you complaining about this (the pr dropped because I deleted the content, and links from my other domains), and my offer to refund your money because you were upset that there weren't any pages indexed (because I deleted them prior to the most recent spidering at the time), and the PR was still 4 at that time that I made the refund offer, after the sale.

    I don't think most other people would offer you your money back after a sale just because you were displeased that there were no pages indexed, but there was still PR. But it was a small amount, and my reputation is more important to me than a couple of dollars.

    I don't think it needs to be stated, but I don't make any warranty or gaurantee, implicit or explicit that you will be able to maintin the pagerank, traffic, etc. of any domain I sell.

    The domains that I'm selling now are all low PR. You can check the validity of the pr in a few seconds. If you buy it and cannot maintain it through in bound links, content, and so on, I can't be held responsible for that.
