domains with non-english words

    Hello,
    I have recently registered abuflos(dot)corn (which literally translates from arabic to english as "father of money") ...
    I can imagine it would have huge appeal for any mean business.
    What are your thoughts?

    Why don't you actually reg the correct IDN version of that term in Arabic? Rather than the ASCII transliteration? Or is the IDN version already taken?

    If you are trying to market to an english speaking audience with a non english domain you will find it exceptionally hard.

    It can give you more than your buying price but for English speaking people it is hard to sell. Arab content has big population and you can try to sell there.
