    I have 4 websites with different languages i.e. English, Spanish, Norway and Dutch.

    This content translated by manually but content format is same on each website.

    Can anyone please suggest me this is a unique or copied content?

    Thanks,

    in term of search engine algorithm, they're unique, IMHO.

    It's not considered to be duplicate content. You're providing content for different audiences.

    "do you have any experience regarding the same"

    Not from my experience. But I remember Matt Cutts said about it;
    If you’ve just taken the English copy from your website and thrown it into Google Translate and done nothing more than auto-translate it into a bunch of different languages, that can be considered spamming. But if you carefully translating it into several other languages, you need no worry about it.

    Yes :) I would never use google translated content on a serious website.
