Actually my domain butterbusiness.com was not sold but you presented to the visitor "This sale has ended"," This has been marked sold", what can understand visitor by looking these sentences? Visitor think that domain was sold. but it was not sold. look below link http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=2311243 MY suggestion is don't present anything there, at least they will contact through PM for the domain. or give an option to the thread starter that "mark sold" if it was sold. and open the thread until it will be sold. Think about all these things and develop a good system. What are your suggestions to the DP about this? What are your suggestions to the DP about "Buy, Sell or Trade - Domains" forum?
It only marks it as sold if the thread starter uses the "Mark As Sold" option. For example you can see this one that ended, but it's not marked as sold because the seller didn't mark it as sold: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=2443382
How to change from "This has been marked sold" to not sold? Some people may understand that "This sale has ended" also as sold. it is unnecessary to say "This sale has ended"there , remove this.
Using the Bump/Relisting option will do it. But there's not a way to "unsell" something after you've marked it as sold otherwise.
i don't know how it was changed as sold. better to provide solution to this problem by providing "not sold" option. it is unable find out domain registration date correctly. it is showing some days difference to 2 of my domains, why?
It was changed to sold because you clicked "Mark as sold". I gave you a solution (see above). Probably because the whois was adjusted by the registrar since the domain was created last October.
That was not correct solution for present problem. i checked whois of my 2 domains registered in different registrars, there it was correct. here it is not showing correctly.
You are adjusting answers but you are not going to correct your system? if you do this, what is the use by suggestions & feedback forum.
Probably a language barrier here. But I agree that the "This sale has ended." should be re-worded as it can confuse members from non-English speaking countries.
I'm not adjusting answers... not sure what you mean? What would you suggest for conveying the concept to be less confusing when the sale has ended?
