I want to purchase some domains for parking and i was wonderring,on what criteria should i choose them?
Is it the number of backlinks? Is it the number of indexed pages?Or is it just the type-ins?
Also, will the CPC matter on parked domains?

It is usually all of the above. When I park a domain I tend to like ones with lots of backlinks. If it doesn't have any quality backlinks I pass on it.

Obviously if it has type in traffic (and isn't a trademark violation) then that would be the best kind of domain! For example, if it was the typo of a dictionary word that got lots of traffic (but the word is too vague to be trademarked) then this would be the absolute best situation.

Since those can be few and far between you may wanna go down the path of backlinks. If lots of sites out there are linking back to it then there's a chance some visitors on those sites will click that link, in return sending the traffic to you. Another idea would be to look at Alexa rank. This can't always be accurate but if it has a low alexa rank and was previously developed - odds are it will get some traffic.
